Yes, a non-refundable fee of PHP1000 paid via GCash or bank transfer shall be sent. Said fee will be deducted from the appraisal cost. No payment, no appointment. Properly label the cash payment for proper monitoring.

Canceled appointments ON THE DAY will mean automatic forfeiture of the PHP1000 fee. Cancellations done at least a day before the scheduled appointment will not be forfeited but will be deducted on the appraisal cost on the next scheduled appointment.

Our starting rate for diamond grading is PHP4500, which includes up to 3 carats in total carat weight. If the diamond is over 3 carats, an additional fee of PHP1000 per carat or a fraction of a carat thereof will be added.
For statement jewelry appraisals, our hourly rate starts at PHP5000. We would be happy to provide a detailed breakdown of the appraisal process and pricing upon request. You may also email us a photo of the jewelry at admin@willynvillaricajewelry.com so we can give you a proper quotation.
Please allot a minimum of 30 minutes of your time for simple jewelry items.
Jewelry is first inspected for deformities, missing stones, tarnishing, etc. Clients are then informed about these findings. The item is then weighed and gold is assayed. Diamonds are graded according to the 4Cs, and if any colored stones are involved, they undergo a gemstone identification process. The GIA iD100 is then used to determine whether the diamond is lab-grown or not. After these, the jewelry is valued depending on the purpose of appraisal.
Scope of work, assumptions and limiting conditions, certification of the jewelry appraisal process, privacy/confidentiality statement, the appraisal report itself— these information are a MUST in the appraisal report. Other information should also be noted.
We currently do not offer online jewelry appraisals. Actual or physical inspection of items is a must. The only time we might consider appraising an item is if it’s a loose stone with a legitimate lab certificate from laboratories like GIA, Gubelin, or IGI to name a few. If it’s already mounted on jewelry, even with a certificate, we cannot do an online appraisal.
We can’t accurately identify gems through chat or photos. Please bring them to our store for proper identification. We’re located in Stalls 335&336, 3rd Floor, Gift Market, Market! Market!, Taguig. Shipping your specimen to me is also an option.
If there are more than 10 items, we consider this as a lot appraisal and will give a discount of around 20-30%.
